I would like to enroll in your Budget program which spreads my winter bills into 12 lower predictable payments. Note: You can choose a budget plan whether you choose a fixed price, cap price, or daily market rate. Your price will include a 10-cent per gallon rebate if all budget payments are made by the 11th of each month and you’ll automatically earn a 2% interest rate calculated annually anytime your account has a credit balance.

I would like the Fixed Price for the 2012-2013 heating season. The fixed price is currently $4.19. This price is effective between 11/01/2012 and 03/31/2013 ONLY.

I would like the Cap option (downside protection) for the 2012-2013 heating season. The cap price is currently $4.29. The cap price is effective between 11/01/2012 and 03/31/2013 ONLY. Should the daily market rate fall below this price, I will pay the lower rate. The Cap FEE is equal to 30 cents x the gallon amount you want to cap. I have made my cap fee payment on the tasses.com web site front page.

I agree to pay the daily market rate. My price is the going rate on the day of each delivery. The daily market rate is currently $3.79 per gallon.

I would like to enroll in your Prepay program. I want to purchase gallons. Note: You can choose a prepay plan whether you choose a fixed price, cap price, or daily market rate. If you choose the prepay market then you save an extra 15 cents per gallon off our retail price listed below at the time of each delivery.
